Tina O’Brien Expecting Her First Child

Coronation Street star Tina O’Brien and television boyfriend Ryan Thomas are expecting their first child, it has been revealed. Tina, who left the show in December, is reportedly 12 weeks pregnant. The pregnancy was unexpected but the couple are said to be “thrilled and excited” at the prospect of starting a family. She previously admitted of her role as Corrie mum Sarah-Louise Platt: “It makes me broody. One day I’d love to have a family.” Tina, 24, had planned to move to London to pursu

Do you think this year's Olympics is the beginning of the end for that sporting tradition? I can't help but wonder what bizarre set of circumstances led the IOC to actually pick a totalitarian regime to host the games, knowing -- as they had to know -- that controversy, protest and the like were bound to follow.
